A publication from The Association for Gerontology in Higher Education (AGHE) entitled "Gerontolocial Education and Job Opportunities in Aging", focuses on the links between gerontology education and the work setting of aging studies graduates.

Issues addressed include:

- Application of gerontological skills, knowledge and abilities
- Current jobs and employment challenges
- Accreditation programs
- How to build ties between faculty students and employers
