The Annual Meeting is where CGS brings together much of its work across the community and showcases it. At the Annual Meeting, the membership of The Society elects new members of the Board of Directors, presents the various Awards of The Society, and bestows the Henry Welch Scholarship to gerontology students.

The Annual Meeting features presentations of particular note to the membership and provides an excellent forum for networking and education.

The 32nd Annual Meeting of The Society will be held on December 7, 2012 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Forney Transportation Museum, 4303 Brighton Blvd, Denver.

This year's Annual Meeting will offer a Holiday Social Hour for networking and a complimentary tour of the Historic Colorado Transportation Museum. Elections for Board Members and presentation of Awards and Scholarships will begin at 2:30 pm. Cost to attend is $10 for members of The Society and $20 for non-members.

SPECIAL NOTE
The Society is in need of food donations to help us meet our goals for the Holiday Baskets for Seniors project. Please bring 10 items of non-perishable food donations for the Holiday Baskets and your admission to the Annual Meeting will be free of charge. Please help us to spread holiday cheer to 200 low-income seniors who will be spending this holiday season alone.
