Assisted Living

Medicare Monday participants receive information on the changes, updates and requirements for Medicare Parts A, B, C and D. Information on selecting and changing Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements and Prescription Drug Plans was available. In addition, information was presented on Extra Help or Low Income Subsidy for low income persons needing assistance to pay for prescription drugs and various discount products as well.

The Society is a certified provider of the 30-hour Assisted Living Administrator Training required for licensure of assisted living facilities in Colorado. Trainings are offered quarterly and classes fill up quickly, so we recommend signing up early.

Total cost is for the course is $645 which includes CGS membership, class materials, lunches and refreshments. Participants must register for the complete four-day course. Partial registrations will not be accepted.

Maximum class size is 20. We ask that all cell phones be turned off and phone calls be made only during the breaks to avoid disturbing other participants.
