The exciting line-up of entertainment at the 26th Annual Salute to Seniors includes contortions and acrobatics performed by Aerial Cirque Over Denver. This 3-person contortion performance will redefine the meaning of the word “flexible” and provide great entertainment to complement the Viva Las Vegas themed event. Aerial Cirque Over Denver has been offering daily classes, after school programs & summer camps for Youth, Teens & Adults for the past 8 years. Many of the instructors and students have become world class performers and have performed aerial and contortion on 6 continents.
The Joe Peterson Orchestra will take the stage to add Las Vegas style glitz and glam as they play music that will make you want to dance in the aisles at the 26th Annual Salute to Seniors. Based in Littleton, Colorado, the Joe Peterson Dance Orchestra has performed over 20 years within and outside of the Denver Metro Area. This very talented group has extensive experience with national and local bands. This ten-piece band and vocalists delight listening and dancing audiences with their sound typical of classic big band themes including Fox Trots, Waltzes, Latin Rhythms, Jazz, and Soft Rock. Adding to the success and popularity of this band are the JPO’s Andrews Singers who perform many favorite tunes made famous by the Andrews Sisters, McGuire Sisters, and others of that era.
