The Society is pleased to share a vendor/sponsorship opportunity for business owners: The City of Lakewood is hosting its annual Active Adult Resource Fair, which averages 300 attendees from the Lakewood community. The City invites your organization to participate in this year’s event at the Charles Whitlock Recreation Center in Lakewood.
Applications are currently available on the link below until March 27, 2026. Due to the number of vendors accepted at this event, you are not guaranteed registration until notified of approval. You will be able to pay the $90.00 vendor fee once your application has been approved. Please apply using the link below. (Don’t forget to hit “Submit” on the application.)

Interested in sponsoring the Active Adult Resource Fair? Sponsors can have their logo featured on our marketing materials (rack cards, posters, event maps, etc.), their banner prominently displayed at the event and more. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for additional marketing exposure, please contact Emily Andrews, at Emily.Andrews@LakewoodCO.gov or call 303-987-7871, by the March 13 deadline.
The City of Lakewood will provide a table and two chairs for each vendor. Electricity access will be limited, so please make sure you indicate electricity needs on the registration form. Door prizes are welcome but will be handled by each vendor. We also ask that you bring informational items that are easy to hand out and please eliminate as many touch points as possible.
